Probably not, unless you know what your doing. Even Baby Bio will have detrimental effects on your plants health.
The reason for this is that Venus Flytraps can only grow in poor quality soil which is very low in nitrogen (the reason we use peat). Fertilizers can contaminate the soil medium and raise its nitrogen levels enough to kill the plant.
I have read that orchid fertilizers may be used on the leaves only (applying with a cotton bud and avoiding any drips into the soil medium). This may help revive a sick plant.
